.SYNOPSIS...A cold front along the Texas coast will push into
the western Gulf today. A fairly large area of 25 to 30 kt
winds, with frequent gusts to 35 kt is expected early this
morning in the NW Gulf. The front will move SE and stall over 
the southern Gulf from the Straits of Florida to southern Mexico 
Wed, then drift northward and weaken through Fri.
