.SYNOPSIS...Strong northerly winds will follow a cold front off
Texas as it moves over the western Gulf, reaching gale force
near the coast. Winds and seas will diminish across the Gulf Thu
as the front moves southeast of the region. Winds and seas will
increase Sat into Sun over the southern Gulf after a reinforcing
front moves through the basin.

late morning and afternoon. Seas 8 to 11 ft. Scattered showers.

showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.THU...N to NE winds 15 to 20 kt, becoming NE 5 to 10 kt late in
the afternoon. Seas 5 to 7 ft in E to SE swell.
