.SYNOPSIS...A trough crosses the SW Gulf from 19N93W to 23N97W.
This trough will drift W toward the coast of Mexico and weaken
during the next 2 days. High pressure over the central United
States will shift E and allow moderate N to NE winds to veer to
SE by Sat. The next cold front will enter the NW Gulf Sat and
pass to the SE of the area by Mon.
