.SYNOPSIS...Fresh northerly winds will follow a cold front 
entering the northern Gulf tonight. The front will move slowly 
south over the Gulf through Thu night. High pres will then 
prevail over the forecast waters through Fri night. The next cold
front is expected to move into the NW gulf on Sat followed by 
fresh northeast winds.

.TONIGHT...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 to
5 ft in the late morning and afternoon. 
.WED NIGHT...NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.THU...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.THU NIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
