.SYNOPSIS...High pres will prevail over the forecast waters
through midweek. Fresh northerly winds will follow a cold front
entering the northern Gulf Tue night. The front will sink slowly
S over the Gulf through Thu night. Low pres may develop over the
NW Gulf along the next cold front expected to arrive on Sat.

.TONIGHT...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft early in the evening,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 to
5 ft in the late morning and afternoon. 
.WED NIGHT...NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft.
