.SYNOPSIS...High pres will prevail over the forecast waters
through midweek. Fresh northerly winds will follow a cold front
entering the northern Gulf Wed and moving across the eastern
Gulf through Thu. Low pres may develop in the NW Gulf along a
developing cold front by the end of the week. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 ft in the late evening and overnight. 
.MON...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft early in the
evening, subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
