.SYNOPSIS...Patchy fog and low clouds are evident along a
stationary front reaching from the mouth of the Mississippi
River to just south of Tampico Mexico. Much of the front will
lift north today as a warm front, leaving a weakening stationary
front off the Texas coast. A disturbance aloft will briefly re-
energize the northern portion of front Mon, allowing it to move
eastward before it stalls from Panama City to Tampico by late
Tue. The front will again lift north as a warm front Wed, ahead
of a stronger reinforcing cold front moving into the NW Gulf
late Wed. This front will sweep southeast of the region Fri,
followed by strong winds and building seas. Winds and seas will 
diminish late Fri as high pressure builds over the region.
