.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front extending from southern Louisiana
to near Brownsville Texas is gradually stalling with the
northern portion reaching the Florida Big Bend to southern Texas
by later today through Tue. Fresh SE flow will develop across
the entire basin Tue and Wed ahead of a cold front moving off
Texas Thu morning. That next front will stall from southern
Louisiana to NE Mexico Thu night, where it will linger into next
weekend.
