.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front extending from southern Louisiana
to Corpus Christi Texas is gradually stalling with the northern
portion reaching the Florida Big Bend to southern Texas Mon and
Tue. Fresh SE flow will develop across the entire basin Tue and
Wed ahead of a cold front moving off Texas Thu morning. That
next front will stall across the Texas coastal waters Fri,
gradually retreating inland through Fri night.

.MON...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft.
