.SYNOPSIS...A developing intense low pressure system will move 
E-NE from Texas to the Carolinas Wed through Thu night, dragging 
a strong cold front across the Gulf waters. Marine conditions are
expected to rapidly deteriorate across the region Thu afternoon 
as the low pressure deepens. Gale force winds are likely north of
25N across the central and northern Gulf Thu night and Fri. Seas
will build to a maximum of around 20 ft on Fri over the central 
Gulf. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TODAY...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft after midnight. Chance of showers. 
.WED...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated thunderstorms. 
.WED NIGHT...W to NW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Chance
of showers and slight chance of thunderstorms.
