.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to locally strong southerly return flow will
set up across the western gulf waters tonight and Wed ahead of a
cold front entering the northwest gulf on Thu. The cold front
will reach a position from the Mississippi Delta to the Bay of
Campeche on Thu night, reach from the Florida Big bend to the
Yucatan Channel on Fri and pass through the Straits of Florida
late Fri night. Strong to near gale force northerly flow will
develop west of the front, except reaching gale force Thu night
into Fri over the northwest and west-central waters. Moderate
west flow expected on Sat with seas less than 8 ft throughout
the gulf on Sat night.
