.SYNOPSIS...A nearly stationary front stretches SW from SE 
Louisiana to near Tampico Mexico. Fresh to strong S winds are 
occurring ahead of the front over the Gulf N of 28N and E of 87W.
The front will eventually merge with a reinforcing cold front 
that will enter the NW Gulf Tuesday. The merged front will reach 
the SE Gulf by Wed morning. Strong high pressure building 
southward behind the merged front will generate strong winds. The
winds could reach gale force near Veracruz Tue night.
