.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to near gale force south-southwest winds are
across the north-central and NE Gulf, ahead of a cold front that
is expected to come off the Texas coast later today. The front
will stall from Pensacola, Florida to El Mezquital, Mexico on
Sunday morning, and then move slowly northward through Monday.
The front will merge with a reinforcing cold front that will
move across central Florida on Tuesday, and reach south Florida
on Wednesday. Strong high pressure building southward behind the
front will induce strong northerly winds to the west of the
reinforcing front, with near-gale to gale-force winds likely
near Veracruz on Tuesday evening.

.TONIGHT...W to NW winds 15 to 20 kt, becoming W 5 to 10 kt late
in the night. Seas 5 to 7 ft in SE swell. 
.SUN...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft in SE swell. 
.SUN NIGHT...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.MON...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming N 15 to 20 kt in the
late morning and afternoon. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated thunderstorms.
