.SYNOPSIS...High pressure of 1022 mb centered near 29N93W will 
maintain fresh to strong northerly winds across the Bay of
Campeche and the eastern half of the Gulf through tonight. The
high pressure will move eastward across the northern Gulf waters
through Thu, the across northern Florida on Fri. Under this
weather patter, southerly return flow will develop across the NW
Gulf Wed and gradually spread across entire Gulf by Fri. The
next cold front will move off the Texas coast early this
weekend.

.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.WED...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 to 5 ft late. 
.THU...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms.
