.SYNOPSIS...A warm front extending from Port of Tampa to Port of
Galveston will move N of the area as a cold front moves SE off
the Texas coast this afternoon. The cold front will reach from
the Florida Panhandle to the western Bay of Campeche tonight,
reach from the Florida Big Bend to central Bay of Campeche on
Mon, then move S of the area on Tue evening. Strong to near gale
force northerly winds will spread S behind the cold front,
increasing briefly to minimal gale force near 23N97W tonight
into early Mon morning, with 40 kt gale conditions across the
far SW waters near Veracruz from early Mon through Mon evening.
Associated winds are forecast to diminish to a fresh N breeze
across the E gulf on Tue night as a stationary ridge sets up
from the Mississippi Delta to central Mexico.
