.SYNOPSIS...A nearly stationary front stretches from the Florida
Keys to 25N96W to 18N94W. Low pres expected to develop along the
front today will generate fresh to strong winds within 120 nm of
the Texas coast. Winds and seas will subside tonight as the low
dissipates. A cold front moving off the Texas coast Sun night
may induce gale force winds in the SW Gulf near Veracruz on Mon.
