.SYNOPSIS...A frontal boundary extends from the Florida
Panhandle to weak low pres over the NW Gulf near 27N93W
Louisiana to near Tampico Mexico. A weak trough extending SW
from near Tampa Florida to near 23N86W will dissipate by
tonight. The low will lose identity by tonight and the front
will stall from S Florida to the NW Gulf near 26N95W to near
Veracruz Mexico by Thu Night.
