.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends from southern Louisiana
to northeast Mexico. A cold front across central Florida will
drift southward today then become stationary across the Gulf
along 26N on Wed. Low pressure is expected to develop offshore
the Texas coast on Thu then track eastward across the northern
Gulf through Sat, accompanied by fresh to strong winds.
