.SYNOPSIS...High pres will dominate the Gulf waters through the
weekend. Moderate to fresh northerly winds are expected across
the eastern Gulf E of 87W, with mainly gentle to moderate winds
elsewhere through tonight. Then, gentle to moderate winds will
prevail during the upcoming weekend. The next cold front is
forecast to reach the coast of Texas by Sun night.
