.SYNOPSIS...A cold front across the western Gulf from southern
Mississippi to Veracruz Mexico will move slowly SE through Fri,
with fresh to strong winds developing west of the front. The
front will stall from southern Florida to the Yucatan Peninsula
Fri night, then gradually dissipate on Sat as SE return flow
develops across the basin.
