.SYNOPSIS...Required maintenance will result in a period when the
HF FAX may not be broadcasting from 1600 UTC to 1900 UTC today. We
apologize for the inconvenience. High pressure centered over the
north central Gulf will collapse today and reorganize across the
SE U.S. Winds and seas will begin to increase across the Gulf 
tonight as return flow sets up across the west half ahead of a 
strong cold front expected to move off the Texas coast early Thu.
The front will reach from western Florida Panhandle to just 
south of Veracruz, Mexico Fri morning, and from south Florida to 
Yucatan Peninsula Sat morning.

.TODAY...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.WED...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered
