.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends from 25N86W to a 1013 mb
low near 27.5N96.5W to 18.5N95W. The low will lift slowly
northward through tonight. Then the low will move E-NE across
the northern Gulf Thu and Fri. This low will drag a cold front
across the Gulf waters on Fri, with the front becoming nearly
stationary from central Cuba to the SW Gulf by Sat night.
