.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends southward from a 1014 mb
low pressure sytem near 27N95W to the Bay of Campeche. The low 
will lift slowly northward through tonight, then E-NE across the 
northern Gulf Thu and Fri. This low will drag a cold front across
the Gulf waters on Fri, with the front stalling and becoming 
nearly stationary across the southern Gulf on Sat.

showers. 
.TONIGHT...S to SW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered
