.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends from the Straits of
Florida to 1014 mb low pres centered near 26N94W to the Bay of
Campeche. The low will lift slowly northward through Wed night,
then E-NE across the northern Gulf Thu and Fri. The low will
drag a cold front across the Gulf waters on Fri, with the front
becoming nearly stationary across the southern Gulf on Sat.
