.SYNOPSIS...A nearly stationary front extends WNW from the
Florida Straits to 1015 mb low pressure centered over the NW
Gulf near 27N96W, then continues S to the Bay of Campeche near
18N94W. Fresh to strong winds are present near the low center.
The low will develop Wed night and drag a cold front across the
Gulf as it moves along the northern Gulf coast and off the NE
Florida coast by Fri night.
