.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends WNW from the Florida Keys
to 1015 mb low pressure centered SE of Brownsville near 25N96W
then heads S to the Bay of Campeche near 18N94W. Fresh to strong
winds are present W of the front and W of 90W. The high pressure
W of the front will weaken Tue through early Thu and allow the
front to dissipate. New low pres will develop over Texas Wed
night, then drag a cold front across the Gulf as it moves to the
SE United States by Thu night.
