.SYNOPSIS...Marine conditions will improve across the NE Gulf
today as Tropical Storm Michael moves further NE from the
region. A cold front across the NW Gulf will reach from central
Florida Panhandle to SW Gulf by early Sat. The front will lift
north on Sun as return flow develops across the W Gulf ahead of
a strong cold front, expected to reach the Texas coast Mon
afternoon.
