.SYNOPSIS...Marine conditions will gradually improve across the
NE Gulf today as Tropical Storm Michael moves further inland. A
cold front across the NW Gulf will reach from central Florida
Panhandle to SW Gulf by early Sat. The front will lift north on
Sun as return flow develops across the W Gulf ahead of a strong
cold front, expected to reach the Texas coast Mon night.
