.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Michael near 25.0N 86.2W 965 mb at 11 AM
EDT moving N at 10 kt. Maximum sustained winds 95 kt gusts
115 kt. Michael expected to continue to gradually intensify and
move to near 26.7N 86.5W this evening, reach near 28.8N 86.3W
Wed morning, and then veer NE and inland across the Florida
Panhandle late Wed afternoon, reaching near 0.8N 85.1W Wed
evening. Winds to 25 kt and seas to 12 ft have already begun to
reach the NE Gulf coastal waters this morning. Conditions will
gradually improve Thu through Fri as Michael accelerates off to
the NE. A cold front will spill into the NW Gulf behind the
exiting Michael late Wed through Thu and reach from the Florida
Panhandle to SW Gulf Sat evening.
