.SYNOPSIS...Scattered showers and tstms prevail in the NW basin
enhancing winds in the area to locally fresh. Otherwise, surface
ridging will dominate across the gulf supporting gentle to
moderate ESE winds. A surface trough will develop each evening
over the Yucatan peninsula...will move into the Bay of Campeche
overnight and dissipate each morning. Moderate to fresh winds
will accompany the trough.
