.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front over the NW gulf will weaken
today as high pres builds across the forecast waters. A surface
trough will develop each evening over the Yucatan peninsula. The
trough will move into the SW Gulf overnight, and weaken each
morning. Moderate to fresh winds will accompany the trough.  

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.THIS AFTERNOON...E to SE winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or
less. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 ft after midnight. 
.SAT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft until late
afternoon, subsiding to 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and
isolated thunderstorms. 
.SAT NIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 ft in the late evening and overnight. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms.
