.SYNOPSIS...Light to gentle winds will generally prevail the 
next couple of days before increasing slightly during the second 
half of this week. Seas of 3 ft or less are expected. A surface 
trough will develop over the Yucatan peninsula each evening, 
shift W over the SW gulf each night, then dissipate each morning.
Moderate to fresh winds will accompany the trough.
