.SYNOPSIS...A 1014 mb surface high is analyzed at 28N93W with a
ridge extending southeast to the Yucatan Basin. A weak surface
trough, extending southwest from the remnants of tropical
cyclone Florence, will drift east across the north-central gulf
waters through early Tue. The remnants of tropical cyclone Isaac
will move west across Yucatan Channel on Tue and Wed and across
the southwest gulf waters on Thu as the ridge shifts from the
Florida Big Bend to northeast Texas.

.TONIGHT...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SW to W late in
the night. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON...NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON NIGHT...N winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E to SE after
midnight, then, shifting to S late. Seas 2 ft or less.
