.SYNOPSIS...A weak surface low near 26N97W, accompanied by fresh
winds, will continue northwest moving inland southeast Texas
this afternoon. A northwest to southeast orientated surface
ridge will set up from central Louisiana to Florida Bay tonight,
with a surface high developing along the ridge near 27N92W late
Sat. The surface high will shift slightly south on Sun with the
ridge extending southeast to the Yucatan Basin. A weak surface
trough, extending southwest from the remnants of tropical
cyclone Florence, will pass slowly east across the north-central
gulf waters through early next week.

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.SAT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft early in the
morning, subsiding to 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and
isolated thunderstorms. 
.SAT NIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to NE after
