.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough over the southeast Gulf of Mexico
will shift NW across the forecast waters. Low pressure will
develop along the trough, with a medium probability of
developing into a tropical cyclone over the western gulf waters
later this week.

showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.WED...E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered showers
