.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Gordon near 28.5N 86.8W 1001 mb at
11 AM EDT moving NW at 13 kt. Maximum sustained winds 55 kt
gusts 65 kt. Gordon will strengthen to a hurricane near 29.8N
88.5W this evening, move inland and weaken to a tropical storm
near 31.5N 90.2W Wed morning, move inland and weaken to a
tropical depression near 32.8N 91.6W Wed evening. Winds and seas
will diminish across the eastern and north central Gulf in the
wake of Gordon.
