.SYNOPSIS...A weak trough will develop this morning over the
central Gulf, then dissipate tonight. Elsewhere, a ridge will
dominate the Gulf waters into the weekend and support gentle to
moderate winds through early next week. Looking ahead, the 
northern extent of a tropical wave will move across the Bahamas 
and into southern Florida by early next week, and into the 
eastern Gulf by Tue, accompanied by active weather.
