.SYNOPSIS...A weak E to W ridge will extend across the gulf
waters along 26N-27N with a surface high developing along the
ridge near 27N93W today, then meander over the northwest gulf
through late Thu. A weak frontal trough will move SE into the NE
and N central gulf waters Wed where it will stall along 26N-27N
on Thu, and then drift W and dissipate on Fri. High pres will
build SW across entire basin late Fri and Sat to produce light
to moderate anticyclonic wind flow area wide. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.THIS AFTERNOON...SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Chance
of thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Chance
of thunderstorms. 
.WED...NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Chance of showers
and isolated thunderstorms. 
.WED NIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E late, then,
shifting to S to SW late. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to N to NE in the
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less.
