.SYNOPSIS...A trough and weak low pres is over the NE waters. A
cold front will enter the NW Gulf tonight, merge with the trough
and stall Thu, then lift north as a trough Fri. High pressure
will build across the northern waters in the wake of the trough.
Elsewhere, a surface trough will move off the Yucatan Peninsula
into the Bay of Campeche each evening, accompanied by moderate
to fresh nocturnal winds.

night. Seas 2 ft or less.
