.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extending from the Florida Big
Bend to 28N90W to the upper coast of Texas will lift northward
while weakening. The Atlantic ridge will re-establish over the
eastern Gulf over the next couple of days. Elsewhere, a surface
trough will move off the Yucatan Peninsula into the Bay of
Campeche each evening, accompanied by fresh nocturnal winds.

.WED...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less.
