.SYNOPSIS...A cold front over the northern waters will continue
to drift SE today before stalling and weakening to a trough.
Elsewhere, a surface trough will move off the Yucatan Peninsula
into the Bay of Campeche each evening, accompanied by fresh
nocturnal winds.

and isolated thunderstorms.
