.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move over the northern Gulf waters
through Wed. The front will become stationary and weaken to a
trough by Thu. Elsewhere, a surface trough will move off the
Yucatan Peninsula into the Bay of Campeche each evening,
accompanied by fresh nocturnal winds.
