.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure ridge across the Gulf along 25N
will prevail throughout the week. Active convection is expected
across the northern Gulf during the next few days. A surface
trough will move off the Yucatan Peninsula into the Bay of
Campeche each evening, accompanied by fresh nocturnal winds.
