.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure extends from the SE Gulf westward
along about 25N and will generally prevail throughout the week.
Active convection is expected across the northern Gulf during
the next several days. A surface trough will move off the
Yucatan Peninsula each evening, accompanied by fresh nocturnal
winds.
