.SYNOPSIS...A trough extends from a weak surface low near
Pensacola Florida to near 28N90W. Showers and thunderstorms can
be expected near the trough as it slowly moves westward through
Tue. A high pressure ridge covering the remainder of the Gulf
will change little through Fri night. The northern portion of a
tropical wave along 95W and S of 20N will move inland Mexico
this evening. A surface trough will emerge off the Yucatan
Peninsula each evening through Fri, and act to enhance nocturnal
winds over the SW Gulf.  

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

10 kt W of 94W. Seas 2 to 3 ft .Winds and seas higher in and 
near scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms E of 91W.
