.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure extending across the northern
gulf will shift slowly southward through Fri. A weak surface
trough along 91W from 23N to 28N will weaken as it moves across
the remainder of the central gulf and across the eastern section
of the western gulf through early Wed. A trough moving off the W
coast of the Yucatan Peninsula each night will enhance nocturnal
winds over much of the southwest gulf waters through Sat.
