.SYNOPSIS...An area of low pressure centered just SE of Laredo 
Texas will generate strong gusty winds, numerous showers and 
scattered thunderstorms over Texas coastal waters today. Winds 
and seas for the NW Gulf will continue to diminish through 
tonight as the low weakens. A broad ridge across the SE Gulf will
support light winds and seas less than 3 ft east of 88W through 
Tue.
