.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure over southern Texas will support gusty
winds, numerous showers and scattered thunderstorms near to the
coast in the NW Gulf overnight. Winds and seas in the NW Gulf
will diminish Thu as the low weakens. A surface trough will
develop over the Yucatan Peninsula each afternoon, then move
westward across the SW Gulf during overnight hours, accompanied
by fresh east to southeast winds.
