.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure in southern Texas and an upper level
trough will support numerous showers and scattered thunderstorms
in the NW Gulf today. A surface trough will develop over the
Yucatan Peninsula each afternoon, then move westward across the
SW Gulf during overnight hours, accompanied by fresh east to
southeast winds.
