.SYNOPSIS...An inland low pres area over Texas and upper level
trough will support numerous showers and thunderstorms N of 20N
W of 90W through at least tonight. Strong SW winds over this
area will decrease below 20 kt by tonight. A surface trough will
develop along the Yucatan Peninsula during the late afternoons,
then move westward across the southwestern gulf during the
overnight hours accompanied by fresh east to southeast winds.

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft. Numerous
showers and scattered thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Numerous
